Tip # 1 – Regular exercise: People who lack exercise are more likely to develop colds and other infectious diseases. Moderate to intense exercise may promote good circulation and help improve immunity.
Tip # 2 – Get adequate sleep: Insufficient sleep and stress will increase cortisol hormones, which in the long run will suppress the immune system. Sleep at least 7 to 8 hours a day to get adequate of rest.
Tip 3 – A balanced diet: A daily diet should variety which including protein, whole-grain carbohydrates, green leafy vegetables and fruits, and healthy fats.
